30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

It's my favorite time of the year! No, I don't drink Pumpkin Spiced Lattes but I do love fall and the month of October and November. With Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, it's the perfect time to remember to share what we are grateful for with those we love. It's true that our celebrations may look a lot different this year. That's ok, it's the perfect opportunity to create new traditions or kick off a #30daysofgratitudechallenge. I've shared different ideas on how to do that below.

Have you thought about sending Thanksgiving cards this year?
Will you join for me the #30DaysofGratitudeChallenge?

Here's how you can participate:

  • Send a daily gratitude card and share specifically why you're grateful for that person
  • Write a heartfelt email
  • Send a grateful text message
  • Post on social media (using the #30DaysofGratitudeChallenge) - see image below for ideas on what to post

I recommend setting a daily alarm at a time that works for you, to remind you to do your action for the challenge. Mine is set for 7:30 am and sometimes I find myself composing my post at the beach, waiting for the sun to rise. It's a great place to practice gratitude, that's for sure.

Image can be downloaded and saved to your phone to help you remember what to post.

Got another idea for the challenge? I'd love to hear from you!
