Tips for writing a gratitude card:
1. Make it specific - i.e. I am so grateful you took the time to cook dinner for me when I was sick.
2. Use feeling words such as grateful, blessing, kindness, loving etc.
3. Keep track of all of the people you send a card to! Repeat at least once a year.
